Workspace data

WorkLog processes account and session information, client and job details, photos and documents, repair records, invoices and pay records to operate the workspace. Authorized users can access records according to their assigned permissions.

Google Sheets access

When an administrator connects Google, WorkLog uses the granted read permission to retrieve repair and invoice data from configured spreadsheets. With separately granted write permission, WorkLog writes invoices and requested corrections to configured invoice workbooks.

WorkLog stores Google connection tokens on the server and keeps imported records and cached repair data so authorized users can view them between refreshes. Data can also be present in workspace backups.

Service providers

WorkLog uses hosting and storage providers to operate the workspace. Map features can send addresses or coordinates to mapping, geocoding or routing providers. When a user requests a translation, WorkLog sends the selected text to its translation provider.

Access and deletion requests

Contact your WorkLog administrator for questions about access, retention or deletion of workspace records. The Google account that granted access can revoke it from its Google Account settings. To request removal of imported copies or stored connection credentials, contact the WorkLog administrator.
